Tested in http://dev.test-drive.airavata.org/portal/pga/public
Experiment name cannot be blank; when tried to save it prompts a tooltip and
user has to enter the name.
But user can save leaving Node count, Total core count and wall time blank;
upon saving the record automatically assigns value 0.
When tried to edit this record again with 0, prompts correct error messages
for 'Node Count' and 'Total Core Count'.
