In both PRODUCTION and DEVELOPMENT Trinity Stampede fails. Complete output is
not in the resource(Stampede). Trinity has been failing for sometime and since
the output is not even in resource; it could be an application error.
In PRODUCTION (http://test-drive.airavata.org/pga/public) airavata-server.out
shows the message;
