In PGA for COMPLETED Echo experiment in all the resources (BR2, Trestles and
Stampede) cannot view STDERR or STDOUT
Gives
404 Not Found (The requested URL /var/www/experimentData//Echo.stderr was not
found on this server.) page
this is only happening for Echo
