In the ProjectRegistry.java class it is possible to create a project using 
createProject method using an arbitrary project owner name. But in the 
updateProject method it fails. This issue directly corresponds with airavata 
api methods createProject and updateProject. This also applies when dealing 
with sharedUsers in a project
