Hi Suresh,
I think the first issue is because we have two identical classes. I think
Nipurn has added one mistakenly. I think we can safely remove Utilities.php
file keeping utilities.php. But have to check with Nipurn.
To over come the second issue you have to go to the workbench/Airavata/Wsis
directory and issue "composer update" command
