Cancel tested and verified in
http://dev.test-drive.airavata.org/portal/ultrascan-testing/public/
Experiments which are not in FAILED, CANCELED, CANCELING and COMPLETED can be
canceled through Experiment summary page for each experiment.
When the experiment is cancelled initially the status will change to CANCELING.
If the job was successfully canceled in the resource status of both experiment
and job will change to CANCELLED. If the job was unable to CANCEL and it got
completed job will have COMPLETED state and experiment will still be CANCELLED
and user will not be provided with any output.
If a failure occurred while canceling status of both experiment and job will
change to FAILED with relevant error messages.
