Tested and Verified
In Edit Cloned Experiment page when a new resource is selected rest of the
fields will get repopulated and user has to enter new values as per the
selected resource.
When the new resource is selected usr ha to select the queue and afterwards has
to enter walltime, node count, CPU count, etc....
