In http://test-drive.airavata.org/pga/public/login (Login page) there is a
'Forgot Password? Click Here"
When the link is clicked it is instructed to enter the email we are registered
with and click Submit
Clicking the button didn't do anything in the UI and also didn't generate any
email for password recovery process
