Eroma closed AIRAVATA-1499.
---------------------------

Tested and verified in https://dev.scigap.org
Maximum Memory Per Node ( In MB ) field is validated for minus values. But SSH
Port files is not validated. But it can be considered as trivial at this point.

> In Compute resource 'Register' and 'Browse' all integer fields (number
> fields) should not allow saving minus values.

> Number fields avoids saving decimal points and characters but allows minus
> values. Even when user enters decimal, characters, etc... user can save the
> record successfully. No warning or error message given.
> Only when retrieved the record back would be able to see that the values
> given was not actually saved. Better to give tooltips on the value range
> allowed in these fields. Should restrict decimal, characters and mini values.
