Eroma closed AIRAVATA-1408.

Resolution: Fixed
tested and verified in https://testdrive.airavata.org
Ran WRF with correct input files and files from another application. WRF failed
with incorrect input files and only succeeded with correct input files.
Ran Amber with correct and incorrect input files and with incorrect input files
it failed and only completed with correct input files.
