Provide a tooltip for QOS and Reservation fields in gateway profile gateway
preferences.
Provide a tooltip with QOS and reservation formats needed to be added.
for QOS it should be
<queue name1>=<qos1>,<queue name2>=<qos2>
for Reservation it should be just the reservation name.
Please give this information in a tooltip or as a field description
