Currently kafka is not configured as root logging because if we do it it will
timeout due to the current implementation.
When Kafka try to push its own logs to kafka network delays happen and
connection timeout.
So we should create a logevent stream and push them to the stream and handle
the log pushing outside the append method. This is a future improvement task,
for now kafka logs will be missed.
