Steps
1. Gateway provider request for a new gateway
2. SciGaP admin logs in and views the request
3. Modifies the gateway name, acronym
4. Clicks 'Create Tenant'
5. the creation kept processing for more than 30 minutes in the FE (see image)
6. New tenant seem to be created in the IS
This need to be fixed.
