    Installation documentation fixes

    This PR fixes a couple typos.  Also some things appear to have changed 
recently
    * there is now an `airavata-server-start.sh` script that should be used to 
start Airavata
    * airavata-server.properties no longer has a `start.credential.store` 
property

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
