As far as I can tell this is working.
* readonly shared user doesn't see edit pencil icon in browse projects view
* also doesn't see an edit pencil icon in the project summary view
I also tried "hacking" the URL and going to /project/edit to try to edit a
read-only shared project. ProjectController.php does the right thing and
redirects the user to /project/summary.
