For some reason I can't get the minDate/maxDate to work with the
datatimepicker. The idea is to not allow the user to pick a reservation end
date before the start date and vice versa. As far as I can tell the code is
setting the min/maxDate correctly. The bootstrap-datetimepicker widget just
doesn't seem to be using it.
Took some digging but I figured out that we are using the 3.1.3 version of
https://github.com/Eonasdan/bootstrap-datetimepicker/tree/v3.1.3. I've updated
the filename to reflect this.
