@smarru I checked this pull request. This pull request has only the static
UI (fxml) files for the new XBaya. The functionality code (java code) here is
same as in https://github.com/SciGaP/seagrid-rich-client and does not integrate
with the developed UIs. I don't see any advantage of merging this to develop
branch. Rather I suggest we move this to sandbox.
