Discussed UI with Eroma and Supun. Will add a checkbox to the experiment
launching page
* checkbox will only appear after the user selects a compute resource and if
the user has configured an account on that compute resource
* the checkbox will default to being checked so that by default the user's
account/allocation is used when submitting the job
