Here's what I'm thinking of UI-wise:

I've circled in red the changed part of the UI.
The idea is that by clicking on *User settings* the user goes to the Compute
Resources/Storage Resource/Credential Store management screen.
I'm less sure about the *Enable admin views* toggle, but the idea is that if
the user clicks it then it toggles on admin views. For example, when the admin
logs in and sees the dashboard, if the *Enable admin views* isn't toggled then
it looks just like a normal user's dashboard.
