Summary: Experiment Summary is not getting refreshed!

When clicked on manual refresh always shows the experiment status as CREATED.
No job status or experiment statuses are displayed as they change. But actually
the experiment is executed and job is launched. although those are not
refreshed and displayed in Experiment Summary.
