Marcus Christie commented on AIRAVATA-2191:
-------------------------------------------

Reassigning to [~scnakandala] to investigate from the backend.

Supun, here's the problem experiment if it helps:
* experiment test_177fb217-1e19-44e0-b58c-0f676ac1e36c is owned by user
*marcus-user*
* this experiment's project, AV-2191_5a62c5b2-db3c-4c79-b170-792483d78fd6, is
shared READ only with user *marcus-user2*
* however, user *marcus-user* revoked all permissions for this experiment from
*marcus-user2*
* however, user *marcus-user2* can see the experiment
test_177fb217-1e19-44e0-b58c-0f676ac1e36c listed in the project summary page
https://dev.seagrid.org/project/summary?projId=AV-2191_5a62c5b2-db3c-4c79-b170-792483d78fd6
* this appears to happen when user *marcus-user* creates a second experiment
and shares it with a third user, *marcus-user3*

See also Eroma's description of steps to reproduce in the issue's description
above.

> Experiment of User A got automatically shared with User B when User A shares
> another experiment with user C

> 1. User A create Project A and shares it with User B
> 2. User A creates an experiment under Project A but removes sharing with User
> B
> 3. User A creates another experiment and shares it with User C under the same
> project A
> 4. Upon sharing second experiment with User C, the first one now appears as a
> shared experiment for User B. Even when it is not shared.
> 5. When User B tries to view the experiment summary throws the attached
> exception.
