Auto scheduling check box exists for longtime taking jobs. This was added to
airavata as a user request from Phasta gateway. Currently we are not using it
in any other gateway.
Unless a gateway owner or PI request for this feature I think its safe and
acceptable to hide it.
Currently testing is done to a certain exists bt we don't have the correct
application to test the feature. [~smarru] we should request Cameron to test
this
