Steps followed
1. Create a new user
2. Give 'Gateway-user' role
3. Try creating an experiment under the Default Project
4. Select application Gaussian and select resource Comet
5. Rest of the resources queue details are not loaded.
6. Same issue even if the resource is changed
7. Refer image for errors
