Eroma reopened AIRAVATA-1665:

email based monitoring has issues due to multiple gfacs running and one
instance might or could miss jobs submitted if those records are marked as
'read' from another gfac instance.
1. One gfac instance take all unread emails, even jobs submitted by another
gfac and marks them 'read'
2. Second gfac would look for emails but they would be already in 'read' status
because first gfac has taken them for processing.
3. This way there is a chance that some emails would not be available to be
read by the correct gfac. Hence they would remain in unprocessed status.
