Eroma reopened AIRAVATA-1830:

New user was given gateway-user role. After role change when logged in got the
message 'Unable to Connect to the Airavata Server Instance!' But refreshed the
message goes away.
Default project is not created for the user as well. When tried to access
Experiment create or browse getting 'User is not authenticated or authorized.'
