Eroma closed AIRAVATA-1469.

Currently ultrascan has three environments.
dev environment - this is used to do testing before updating the production env
for airavata 0.16
production 0.16 env - this is the new ultrascan which runs all resources except
Jureca.
production 0.15 env - This is the old ultrascan which enables Jureca job
submissions but no longer supported.
