For this issue I did the following:
* order the tasks based on the taskDag
* add task status timeOfStateChange
* add task status reason (this helps to distinguish between DATA_STAGING tasks
that stage input vs output files)
* added better formatting of the job description
This has now been deployed to dev.seagrid.org.
