when user accounts confirmed users see 'Airavata servers down' message even
when the servers are up and running. also the role change does not trigger
changes in gateway privileges
at account create confirmation users see home page as attached instead of the
message which says that account is pending approval. - 1st attachment
When new user is given admin role, when he logs in no admin dashboard is
displayed, shows home page - 2nd attachment
