Scripts to re-deploy/update PGA and Airavata servers. The use case is basically
* developer commits a bug fix or some other change
* developer now needs to get that change deployed out
Currently the process for getting changes deployed out is cumbersome and
error-prone. The goal with this issue is to create a single script that can be
run to deploy out updated code to PGA and Airavata servers.
