An application interface is defined without any inputs. When tried to launch it
getting error message 'ExperimentNotFoundException: Requested experiment id
does not exist in the system..'
This is misleading as it is not explaining the correct reason for the exception.
Also does the system allow experiment creation without any inputs if they are
not configured at application interface?
