Fix For: 0.17
1. Create a new project without sharing it.
2. select the created project share it with user B and save the changes.
3. When clicked 'save' getting error message:
Failed to update project: Error while updating the project. More info : Error
while updating the project. More info : Error while updating the
resource..PROJECT
4. Getting this message with any updates to the project, not just sharing
updates.
