Steps:
1. Share a project with user B
2. Create an experiment under above project and remove sharing with the user B
3. In create experiment it is displayed as the sharing is removed, but in real
it is not
4. When the experiment is launched, its still shared with the user B
5. If a project is shared, all experiments under the project will be shared
automatically.
6. So restrict removing users at experiment level when the project is shared.
