When logged in the button to request for a new gateway is displayed and the URL
is https://beta.scigap.org/admin/dashboard
But if the user clicks on usr Settings link below the username on top righthand
corner there is no way to go back to the dashboard, no dashboard button or link
in the menu bar. user has to log out and login or remember the URL to type in
