I've done a couple things to try to get some more logging if indeed the problem
here is that the RabbitMQ client connection is getting broken:
* redirecting stdout/stderr to a log file in airavata-server-start.sh. By
default it redirects to ../logs/output.log
* added error logging to RabbitMQ client connection shutdown listener
