Created user has gateway-provider only. When logged in, empty home page, cannot
make gateway requests.
Gave admin role and instead of adding it, it replaced the gateway-provider
Then tried giving admin role to the user, then it keep processing forever.
Console errors attached.
It seems cannot give both roles, admin and gateway provider. And having just
gateway provider doesn't enable users to create requests.
