Sneha's pull request was merged into develop which is deployed to
dev.scigap.org. beta.scigap.org hasn't been deployed or updated yet.
On dev.scigap.org, if I go to user settings as a gateway-provider user, I can
click on the Dashboard link in the header to get back to gateway requests.
