Currently, the group's user interface is just using bootstrap components and is
not leveraging the Vue JS front-end framework to display UI. The Django
Framework also doesn't have a tight integration with Airavata API endpoints. No
pagination for the groups.
#TODO:
Redesign the Groups User Interface to write new Vue JS Components for
displaying the groups UI.
Add UI for performing CRUD operations on the groups UI.
Add Pagination to the back-end Django modules for groups as well as write
models for groups in the frontend.
Integrate the backend groups with Airavata API Endpoints.
