Summary: Finish Registry Refactoring and move currently used

The current registry is monolithic and large and more over due to legacy
transitions, have multi-layer abstractions.
A new simplified design is prototyped in the registry-refactoring branch with a
direct translation of Thrift models into Open JPA implementations. The registry
is also broken into modular catalogs which do not have database level joins.
This Epic tracks individual tasks associated with this refactoring and
migration.
