Description:
For users who already has account in a particular LDAP provisioned clusters
shows the message [1] in additional info in dashboard or admin dashboard.
This message is only for users who still don't have an account.
This message and info is only displayed in the dashboard/admin dashboard at the
first login, when refreshed its gone.

Before your account on Carbonate can be configured it needs to be created.
Please use the [Access Management System|https://access.iu.edu/Accounts/Create]
to request an account.
