The old Registry code only returned the most recent [1] experiment status, but
the new code, which simply reflects the database models, returns all statuses.
So either we
* preserve the old behavior
* or, return all experiment statuses and leave it up to clients to figure out
the most recent one
The second option I think makes more sense and is a simpler approach from the
backend, but it does require more client work and it is a breaking change.
One possible thing we can do is order the ExperimentStatuses list returned so
that the most recent one is just the last one.
