Steps
# Gave IU email in seagrid gateway and didnt receive the account verification
email.
# When given gmail address the user gets verification email on time
# Tried the same in testdrive gateway using IU email and received the
verification email on time.
# Seem to happen only in seagrid gateway.
# Sent a separate test email from the PGA email and IU mail got the test mail.
# Checked the mail on 'junk' folder and not there either.
