AIRAVATA-2709 API method: App Depls for App Module + Group Res Profile
Adds method
`getApplicationDeploymentsForAppModuleAndGroupResourceProfile` to API
server to fetch a list of Application Deployments for the given
Application Module and Group Resource Profile.
