Summary: Experiments with apps with no input and put fields throw
an error on PGA

When Apps are registered with no input or ouput ( error) fields the experiments
throw an error like
"AiravataSystemException: Error while getting the experiment. More info :
Requested experiment id does not exist in the system..
Whoops, looks like something went wrong."
This could be handled better to suggest a different message.
