I will be able to help you with this issue. Although, I guess the LICENSE file
is up to date as it already contains the Apache License v2 text. But I will
compose the NOTICE file and in addition, may be we will need to include a
THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES file to the distribution. Also I believe this issue is
related to the Airavata core. Please let me know if my understanding is
incorrect.
