Hi,
There are 300+ third party libraries shipped with the Airavata bundle. So if we
are going to append the NOTICE text of each and every library, Airavata NOTICE
file will be huge. Therefore I have followed the format used by some commercial
organisations where the NOTICE file only contains the copyright text for all of
them with the library name. Please refer the attached NOTICE-format-01 file.
However, according to the Apache guide lines
[[http://www.apache.org/dev/licensing-howto.html#mod-notice]] we can make it
even shorted by appending only the NOTICES of the libraries which are legally
required. Please advice on how to proceed, then I will be able to create a PR.
