In a situation of AIravata servers being unavailable a method to recover the
jobs, experiments, file transfers and cancelation requests.
There could be few options to make a process to handle such situation.
# Option 1: Handling each job manually. If there are only few jobs this could
be done. With number of jobs and gateways increasing this is not a feasible
approach.
# Option 2: Backend operation to handle such scenario. Set of scripts,
methods to execute to manage such jobs/experiments. This might need SciGaP
admin involvement.
