In [https://beta.simccs.org/] gateway I clicked on Parsers from top right nav
bar and then in [https://beta.simccs.org/dataparsers/] clicked 'Create New
Parser' link.
Its throwing an exception.
For gateways that doesn't need the parsers how can we remove it?
