Description:
Some common utilities were developed for the admin user interfaces that would
be useful in the workspace as well:
* (/) global error reporting via the NotificationsDisplay
* (/) UnsavedChangesGuard which will alert the user if they try to close the
browser window or otherwise navigate away from the page when they have unsaved
changes on the page
