Tested the implementation in

# Submit an experiment (exp A) with multiple optional files. Files should be
in gateway data storage and files should have been transferred and available in
the remote cluster working directory. - PASS
# Above job successfully completes with with expected outputs. tar output is
available to download form the gateway.
# Clone exp A experiment with job QUEUED and exp EXECUTING with multiple
optional files. Submit exp B with the same files as A, the optional files are
not copied to the exp B experiment storage. But all the files are properly
transferred to the remote cluster. - PASS
# Cloned the above exp B and submit exp C with the same input files as the
original exp A and exp B. still the optional files are not copied in to the
gateway file storage but files are properly transferred to the remote cluster -
PASS
# Clone exp A and try to submit without any optional files. This cannot be
done as for the current PGA set up. So if user wants to submit a new one with
out the optional files, they need to create a new experiment.
# Clone exp A and create exp D and upload a single new optional file. The new
optional file replaces both earlier optional files. This is the current set up
in PGA. The new optional file is in the remote cluster working directory - PASS
# Clone exp D and create exp E and upload two new optional files. the earlier
single optional file is replaces by the two new ones. both new file are
available in the gateway storage and they are also copied to remote cluster -
