1. Setting up a gateway from the beginning and when setting up the very first
group resource profile it cannot be shared with Admin users or Admin read only
users.
2. The profile is by default shared with Gateway users with READ permission.
3. Tried to share before adding any compute resource preferences in the the
profile
4. After adding the first compute resource, Admin Users magically appeared with
write permission but still cannot add read only users.
4. When admin users and gateway users are existing as shared groups 'share 0'
is displayed
